Certain chemicals called phthalates — ubiquitous in soft plastic packaging, fragrances, and cosmetics — could be contributing to a rise in diabetes rates, according to a study from Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Hmm, I dunno, if we know these hormone disruptors do indeed come from those sources and are indeed hurting people, I do think maybe, just maybe that should fall within their domain. Yes.
